The Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee today advanced two bipartisan bills introduced by Colorado U.S. Senator Michael Bennet to help clarify the FDA's authority to regulate health software and mobile apps, boost medical innovation, and protect patient safety.
Colorado U.S. Senator Michael Bennet joined 224 members of Congress in filing an amicus brief to the Supreme Court in support of the Administration's executive actions in the United States v. Texas case - the legal case that currently blocks implementation of the President's Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (DAPA) and expanded Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) programs.
